Line Cooks

Victoria Inn Flin Flon

Who we are looking for:
The Victoria Inn Hotel and Convention Centre is searching for a Line Cook at the Kelsey’s Dinning Room. This position will require the ability to take control of situations and adapt to regular interruptions. Time management and organizational skills are crucial. Experience within the food service industry is an asset.

What you will learn:
Candidate will attend company courses and workshops.

Position Summary:
Under the guidance of the Executive Chef & Sous Chef, initiate and promote consistency and maintain high quality food services. The successful candidate will work on the restaurant line as well as assist with food preparation for banquet and catering functions.

Who we are looking for:
The Victoria Inn Flin Flon is searching for Restaurant Servers. Successful candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends. These positions will require the ability to take control of situations and adapt to regular interruptions. Time management and organizational skills are crucial. Only candidates who have a positive customer service attitude will be considered.

What you will learn:
You will learn a full working knowledge of the Fivestar Point of Sale System. The candidate will attend department meetings, as well as professional development courses and workshops.
 
Position Summary:
Through the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, oversee and support the daily operations of the restaurant by promoting and providing consistent quality through the coordination of superior customer and food service activities.
