Who we are looking for:
The Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre Flin Flon is searching for a Full-Time Maintenance person. This position will require exceptional organizational abilities, and the desire to interact with employees and guests on a daily basis. Only candidates that have a positive customer service attitude will be considered.
What you will learn:
You will learn a full working knowledge of the hotel’s operations and equipment. Previous experience with refrigeration, heating and cooling systems, electrical and mechanical procedures is an asset. Various maintenance and repair training and skills upgrading courses will be available. The candidate will attend department meetings, as well as professional development courses and workshops.
Position Summary:
Through the guidance of the General Manager, oversee and support the daily operations of the hotel with the use of preventative maintenance routines. Provide upkeep of the building and surrounding property, ensuring proper procedures, policies and standards are being followed. must be flexible with hours of work Day shift/Night Shift

The Victoria Inn Hotel and Convention Centre Flin Flon is searching for a part-time Front Desk Agent. This position will require exceptional organizational abilities, and the desire to interact with employees and guests on a daily basis. Only candidates that have a positive customer service attitude will be considered.
What you will learn:
You will learn a full working knowledge of the Five Star Hotel System and Daily Guest Room Operation Procedures. The candidate will attend department meetings as well as professional development courses and workshops.
Position Summary:
Through the guidance of the Front Desk Manager, support the daily operations of the Guest Services Department by providing superior guest service. Provide assistance to employees from other departments, and ensure proper procedures, policies, and standards are being followed. Must be willing to work all shifts; mornings, afternoons, nights, and on weekends.
